Two tours Vietnam, one Field Artillery, one Aviation. Served in 1st and 2nd Armored Divisions, 1st Cavalry Division, 23rd Infantry Division, 101st Airborne Division. 3 commands, Graduate Army Command and General Staff College, Defense Systems Management College (now Defense Acquistion University). 4 years Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) AH -64 initial fielding. Pentagon Service: Army Acquisition Staff, and Office of Secretary of Defense Staff(Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict (SOLIC))
Awards and Decorations: Defense Superior Service Medal, Distinguished Flying Cross, Bronze Star (OLC), Meritorious Service Medal (2 OLC), Air Medal w/V 24 awards, Army Commendation Award (3 OLC) Presidential Unit Award (Easter Offensive 1972)
