1st Lt Glen Zamorski USMC KIA RVN June 11, 1968 while piloting a CH-46 Helicopter.
His helicopter was struck by artillery fire from a U.S. fire support base.

Warrant Officer Patrick Fitzsimmons, US Army 190th Assault Helicopter Co.

born 01 Feb 1949  Oxnard, California  Death:24 Aug 1970  Bien Hoa, South 
Vietnam while piloting a OH-58  observation helicopter on a "routine" recon.

CWO-2 Bruce E. Lyon and CWO-2 Robert Fisher, both Vietnam veteran Army  pilots serving with the 353rd Engineer Group of the Army Reserve in Norman Oklahoma were killed in a training accident at Fort Hood, Texas June 23rd 1987.  Both had served as Captains on active duty.
 CWO Russell H. Allen, OKARNG was killed 13 July 1989 in a mid-air collision while flying for Air Logistics over the gulf of mexico while flying a Bell 206 Jet Ranger helicopter. Rusty had previously served on active duty as a Captain in the Marine Corps and flew CH-46 helicopters in Vietnam
